Over the past ten years, David has not only taken over the business, but also grown Trilogy into one of Australia’s top 10 independent mortgage brokerages, settling almost 2 billion dollars worth of residential home and investment loans over the last decade.
Since 2010, David has personally been ranked in the top 100 Mortgage Brokers Australia Wide and consistently in Canberra’s top four mortgage brokers according to MPA Magazine. With a passion for property investment and helping his clients structure their finances to achieve their goals. David’s willingness to share his personal and professional expertise with his clients is unsurpassed. He understands that structuring finances correctly from the outset will ultimately save time and money. It’s for these reasons that David gives his time to speak at various property investor information nights and actively contributes to property investor forums.

Sophie Ritchie
| Head of Client ServicesThere is a reason that clients love dealing with Trilogy Funding over other mortgage brokerages, and that reason is Sophie. So it’s quite fortunate that Sophie became a part owner of Trilogy in 2017.Sophie has headed up Trilogy’s administration team for the last seven years. Her tireless efforts to improve the Trilogy Customer experience are evident in all facets of how Trilogy does business on a daily basis.
Sophie and her team constantly work to ensure clients loan applications are lodged swiftly, with zero errors, and are approved as quickly as possible with the lenders. Sophie and her team are sometimes working on up to 150 loan applications at any one time. Helping lenders approve Trilogy’s loans faster than the competition is a big job; Sophie and her team can labour up to 280 hours a week behind the scenes.

Paul Wojtaszak
| Finance Strategist
Paul started working for Trilogy in 2015. BT [Before Trilogy], Paul worked for the Government for 8 years across various financial roles along with completing additional studies. He is a Platinum Achiever in Mortgage Broking which ranks him in the top group of Mortgage Brokers in Australia and became a partner of Trilogy in July 2020.
Paul’s accounting side serves him well in deciphering the many self employed clientele we have. Paul didn’t come to Trilogy green, as he already had a year as a broker with another firm. Paul’s knack is being able to combine his technical accounting knowledge with the needs of investors and the banks requirements, this makes him a very technical broker and a great asset to his clients.

Jonathan Mosslar
| Finance StrategistJonathan Mosslar joined Trilogy as a Personal Assistant and has quickly adapted to the fast-paced finance world to become one of Trilogy’s valued mortgage brokers.
Jonathan was promoted to work alongside our Managing Director David Thomas after providing his clients with outstanding customer service and a thorough approach to document verification.
Jonathan’s knowledge of lender policies and mathematical expertise is now instrumental in providing our clients the support, results and friendly interactions he is known for. Jonathan’s youth and exuberance is an asset to the company and his unassuming personality puts clients at ease through the entire loan application process.It is this, and his quick wit, which keeps the office laughing throughout the day!
Outside of work, Jonathan is an ambitious property investor and enjoys staying active whether it be the gym during the week or playing footy on weekends.
Jonathan is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and has undertaken the below educational qualifications:
