Sydney and Melbourne continue to have solid auction clearance rates. Both cities showed very little change from last month’s clearance rates, with Sydney clearing 2% more than last month and Melbourne going up just 1%. Brisbane’s clearance rate’s however showed a significant jump with this month’s figure moving from 35% up to 52%. Here’s a snapshot from Saturday the 31st of May.
